You'll partner with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to create impactful presentations for client meetings, conferences, executive speaking engagements, sales enablement initiatives, and major industry events.The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in PowerPoint and Google Slides, exceptional typography and layout skills, experience developing scalable presentation templates, and a portfolio showcasing polished, visually compelling presentation work.Portfolio Required to Move Forward in ProcessKey ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop high-impact presentations for sales enablement, executive communications, conferences, webinars, client meetings, and marketing initiativesTransform complex concepts, data, research, and marketing strategies into engaging visual narrativesPartner with sales and marketing stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and visual excellence across all materialsCreate and maintain presentation templates, visual systems, icon libraries, and reusable design assetsProvide creative direction, feedback, and quality review for freelance presentation designersSupport high-priority executive presentations and keynote-level event materialsEnsure presentations reflect strong visual hierarchy, storytelling principles, and best-in-class design standardsCollaborate across marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams to deliver projects under tight timelinesSupport occasional design projects including infographics, marketing collateral, and branded communicationsStay current on presentation design trends, visual storytelling techniques, and emerging design toolsRequired QualificationsAdvanced expertise with PowerPoint and Google SlidesStrong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Experience working within agency, media, technology, advertising, or highly collaborative cross-functional environmentsDemonstrated experience creating scalable presentation templates and design systemsStrong understanding of typography, layout, branding, visual hierarchy, and storytellingExperience translating complex business concepts into clear and compelling visual communicationsExceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting executive communications, keynote presentations, TED-style talks, or large-scale conference presentationsExperience overseeing freelancers or external creative partnersProficiency with FigmaBackground supporting B2B marketing, advertising, media, or technology organizationsExperience within digital media, podcasting, streaming, or advertising industriesIf interested in learning more, please apply!
