This is a high-ownership role for someone who combines exceptional creative instincts with a deep understanding of social platforms, culture, and storytelling.Working closely with Brand, Growth, Product, and Community teams, you'll turn KAST's mission into content that is distinctive, aspirational, and culturally relevant—not just trend-driven.What You’ll Be DoingOwn the creative direction for KAST's Instagram and TikTokDevelop social content, campaigns, and recurring formats that grow the brandLead creative concepts for short-form video, creator content, product launches, and brand storytellingBuild and manage a network of creators, videographers, editors, and creative partnersDirect creative production and maintain a high bar for quality across all contentPartner cross-functionally to turn product launches, trends, and community moments into compelling social contentUse performance insights to continuously improve creative output while maintaining a premium brandWhat You'll Bring5+ years of experience in creative direction, social, brand, or content for consumer, lifestyle, fashion, media, or technology brands (fintech/crypto are nice to have)Proven success building or scaling Instagram and TikTok for a consumer-facing brandOutstanding portfolio of social-first creative work, especially short-form videoDeep understanding of social platforms, creator culture, and platform-native storytellingStrong creative taste with the ability to balance brand consistency and experimentationExperience leading creative production and collaborating across design, marketing, and product teamsExcellent communication skills and a high-ownership mindset in fast-paced environments
